Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is issued by Momentum Mindset Limited (Company Registration No. [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]), registered office Room 1203, 12/F, Tower 3, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, trading as The Breakout Circle. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
1. The short version
- All memberships are recurring subscriptions billed in USD.
- You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops all future charges.
- Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are always refunded in full.
2. How to cancel
Email support@breakoutcircle.com from the email address on your account (or use any cancellation option available inside your account). We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and no further charges are made afterwards. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date, which is shown in your billing receipts.
3. Monthly memberships (Student and Visionary)
Monthly fees (USD $200 per month for Student; USD $211.99 per month for Visionary) are charged at the start of each monthly billing period. When you cancel, the current month is not refunded, but you keep access for the remainder of that month and will not be charged again.
4. Visionary upfront fee
The Visionary package includes a one-time upfront fee of USD $300, charged when you join. Once your access to the platform has been provided, the upfront fee is non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or where section 6 applies.
5. Annual membership (Platinum)
The Platinum fee of USD $2,120 is charged annually and renews automatically each year until cancelled. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next annual charge; after cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid year. If an annual renewal is charged in error, or you contact us within a reasonable time of an unwanted renewal without having used the Service in the new period, contact us and we will work with you in good faith, and we will always honour any rights you have under applicable law.
6. Billing errors, duplicates, and service faults
If you are charged incorrectly, charged twice, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, we will refund the incorrect amount in full. If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the Service for a significant period, contact us and we will put it right, which may include extending your access or issuing a partial or full refund for the affected period.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to show the credit.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@breakoutcircle.com. Most billing issues are resolved quickly. Raising a payment dispute without contacting us may slow the resolution down, and accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
9. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable rights or remedies you have under the laws of the country in which you reside, including any mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal rights that apply to you.
